With the help of JT and AT, we brought Goggles along from straight off the track to a fairly steady and reliable beginner novice event horse. In December of 2024, he returned to TRRAC to find his new partner!
Sense a Giant AKA Goggles
Goggles aka Gogmagog aka Sense a Giant is a 2019 TB gelding. His damsire (Giant's Causeway) is Ben's grandsire. He is by Street Sense, the 2007 Kentucky Derby winner. He retired from the track in December of 2022 after a 5 start career with one second place and a total of $10,989 in earnings, making him a more successful racehorse than Ben. I purchased him from TRRAC in January of 2023 with the plan of making him into my next eventer.
